Testimonials
I had the pleasure of working with Matthew on the rollout plan for new technology at Pfizer. During this time, he demonstrated strong analytical, team player and strategic thinking skills, delivering key insights that helped inform major decisions around the plan. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Matthew and highly recommend him to any team that is looking for a colleague who is a knowledgeable, true team player who is not afraid to push the boundaries and think outside the box in service of the greater good and who is a joy to be around - having a good understanding of the value of joy to enhancing team spirit and productivity.

Matthew is the best Delivery/Engineering lead that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. An incredibly supportive manager who was happy to listen to new ideas, and would go to bat for you if the idea made sense and would improve the system being worked on. When it came to challenges that arose between the technical feasibility of a project and the requirements sent in from product, Matthew was alway the first port of call to help understand the challenge and collaboratively come up with a solution that he would then relay back to the product team in terms that made sense to them.

If project management were literally spinning plates and juggling balls, Matthew Saunders would be ringmaster at Cirque.
Matthew has the personal organization and professional toolkit to weigh risks and resources on multiple projects at once. Of course he knows his stuff — and he's masterful with a spreadsheet — but that's not what sets him apart.
He has a keen eye for talent, he can identify and enhance the superpowers on his team. He can read a client to be receptive to their immediate and longterm needs. He gets out in front of challenges and finds opportunities. He can thread the needle between being demanding and a joy to work with. He's true to his projects.
